Colyton Parish History Society
The society has a collection of deeds, documents, books, photographs, maps, and other records relating to Colyton's history.
Additions to this collection, especially old photographs are most welcome if appropriate we are happy to copy and return to the owner. An acknowledgement can be provided in our records.
THE NEW HERITAGE CENTRE and Family History Unit
Thanks to a generous local benefactor, the Society's Heritage Centre
and Family History unit are
located in the Merchant's House, Colyton. This is open from April to October. The society will always try to provide help for anyone wishing to research family history or any other aspect of Colyton's past. Access to the
Colyton library computers is available for examination of census records and parish registers. For

Monthly meetings: The society holds monthly speaker evenings which are open to both members and non-members. Please click the Programme button for more information.

Subscription is £8 for individuals or £12 for a couple.
